What we collect and why
Project form and client area: name, email address, telephone, project description, indicative budget and any files you send. Purpose: to assess your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the project. Legal basis: performance of the contract, or legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry.
Origin of an enquiry: if the page address contains campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign…) when you send the estimator, they are attached to your enquiry. Purpose: to know which campaign brings enquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Client area account: email address and an encrypted password, or your Google identifier if you sign in with Google. Purpose: to secure access to your documents. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed: 3 years from the last contact. Client files: 10 years after the end of the relationship, to meet our accounting obligations.
Who receives it
Your data is accessible to the KODAPT team and to our technical providers, acting as processors under contract: site and database hosting, file storage, transactional email (the acknowledgement of your request). No data is sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our technical providers are established outside the European Union. Those transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to hello@wearekodapt.com; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as hashes and are never readable, including by us. Access to project data is limited to the people who need it. To prevent abuse, a hashed fingerprint of your IP address is kept for no more than 24 hours when you send a request; it cannot be turned back into the address. Use of the estimator and clicks on our contact links and on the Pricing page are measured with simple daily counters, with no cookie, no browser storage and no identifier.
