Purpose
These terms govern the use of www.wearekodapt.com, published by Kajaharan Ketheeswaran (KODAPT) (see the legal notice). Using the site means accepting them.
What the site offers
The site presents KODAPT’s services (design and development of websites, web applications and SaaS) and lets you send a project request. Nothing is sold online: no order and no payment takes place on the site.
The configurator and quotes
Sending a request through the configurator commits neither you nor us. Information, ranges or scopes shown on the site are indicative. A service is only owed once a quote is signed, which sets the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership of deliverables.
Our services are for professionals: startups, companies, freelancers and founders acting for their business.
Your commitments
You agree to provide accurate information, not to impersonate anyone, and not to disrupt the site (automated or repeated submissions, unauthorised access attempts, bypassing protections).
The client area
The client area is reserved for KODAPT clients. Your credentials are personal: keep them confidential and tell us at hello@wearekodapt.com if you have any doubt about your account’s security.
You remain the owner of the content and files you upload. You confirm you have the right to share them and that they are lawful. You allow us to use them only to carry out your project.
Intellectual property
The site’s content (texts, visuals, logos, code) belongs to KODAPT. You may view it and share it with a link; any other reproduction requires our written permission.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the site available, without being able to guarantee it at all times: maintenance or a technical incident may interrupt it. Links to other sites are provided for information; we are not responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit; its date is shown at the top of the page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, we will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
